Lead Product Manager

You will take end to end product responsibility for one key area within the Enterprise product line and help scale the B2B and B2B2C offering for banks fintechs brokers and institutional partners. You will work closely with cross functional teams to shape the product direction and deliver measurable outcomes while balancing client needs with long term platform scalability and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Take product ownership for one key area within the Enterprise product line and drive its roadmap priorities and execution in collaboration with Product and Enterprise leadership
  • Contribute to the product strategy and translate it into clear product requirements delivery plans and measurable outcomes
  • Work closely with Engineering Solution Engineering Compliance Legal Operations Sales and Partner Success to deliver scalable enterprise grade product capabilities
  • Engage directly with external partners including leading banks fintechs brokers and institutional clients to understand their needs and represent the product capabilities confidently
  • Structure complex problems clarify trade offs and align stakeholders around scope priorities risks and delivery expectations
  • Drive product discovery define requirements write clear product documentation and ensure strong execution discipline across the product lifecycle
  • Balance client specific needs with long term platform scalability and product quality
  • Help raise the product management bar across Enterprise by bringing structure ownership and pragmatic product thinking into complex cross functional initiatives

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience ideally in B2B B2B2C SaaS fintech banking trading payments custody crypto or another regulated technology environment
  • You have experience owning complex products or product areas from discovery through delivery
  • You are comfortable working in high pressure environments with ambiguity changing priorities and senior stakeholder visibility
  • You can structure complex topics make trade offs and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • You are commercially aware and understand how product decisions impact clients revenue risk operations and scalability
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and can work effectively with engineering compliance legal sales operations and external clients
  • You are self driven reliable and able to create momentum without waiting for perfect instructions
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English German is a strong plus
  • You bring strong ownership low ego and a team first mindset
