About the Role:

Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way patients want to be treated today.

You will own the next generation of Hims and Hers mobile app experiences and the cross-category mobile app foundations that make our subscription products useful and coherent across weight loss, sexual health, and every category on the platform. The Hims and Hers apps are the primary surface for retention, human care, AI patient facing features and lifecycle engagement, making this one of the most impactful opportunities at the company. This role is ideal for someone who has significant experience building exceptional consumer mobile products at scale and wants to help redefine personalized care. You combine strong product intuition with deep empathy for customers, a refined sense of taste, and a high bar for design and craft. You know how to move quickly, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and build products that delight millions.

You Will:

  • Own the Hims and Hers app product roadmap, shaping new features, navigation architecture, app foundations, and cross-category experiences that help millions of patients better understand and act on their health

  • Lead app growth and engagement motions (mobile messaging, push notifications, while working closely with category and CRM lifecycle teams) ensuring the right message reaches the right patient at the right time

  • Serve as the cross-category connector: collaborate with PMs, Category owners, Marketing and others, to cohesively sequence and deliver features

  • Drive A/B experimentation on app features tied to patient adherence / retention, WAU/MAU, and subscriber LTV, with clear metric ownership

  • Translate new AI features and capabilities into app-native experiences

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to support technical direction and craft bar, ensuring app decisions are both buildable at speed and delightful at scale

  • Use data and intuition together to combine product judgment, user research, and quantitative analysis to understand user needs and make informed consumer decisions.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning consumer mobile products at meaningful scale

  • Demonstrated track record shipping app and lifecycle features with measurable retention and engagement impact

  • Deep understanding of mobile product design, interaction patterns, and user behavior

  • Strong experimentation discipline: rigorous A/B testing on mobile, with clear input / output metric frameworks

  • Cross-functional leadership experience: coordinating across stakeholders in a fast moving environment

  • Experience in consumer, health, wellness, subscription, or membership products where retention and LTV are primary success metrics (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
