The Lead Response Assessor reviews the quality of digital marketing information and documents specific issues in tools provided. This role provides overall digital presence deliverables to analysts to review findings with the client.What You'll Be Doing
Will provide digital marketing content quality review and feedback support to 25 to 50 assigned dealerships.
Test and assess the time and quality of response from assigned dealerships through e-mail inquiries from the customer perspective regarding sales and services.
Ensures all contact information provided is up to date and accurate.
Review the quality of specific social media and reputation outlets to ensure up-to-date information has been posted and all links are functioning appropriately.
Review the content quality of assigned dealerships' websites and mobile sites.
Test and ensure high quality functionality of the website and mobile sites, including online chat features.
Record identified issues in tools provided.
Provide management with status updates, issues and overall progress towards review objectives and dealer specific tasks.
Coordinate tasks and communicate with rest of team as necessary.
Assist other team analysts with miscellaneous duties (i.e. - Completing SEO Scorecards, etc.)
What You'll Bring
Associate's degree preferred.
Web/Digital Marketing and automotive dealership experience a plus.
Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain identified issues and provide informative feedback.
Must possess a high level of attention to detail.

This is a temporary, part time position, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months, but dependent on business needs.
