Lead Server

Job description:

St. Barnabas is hiring for a Lead Server at our Retirement Village location!

Job Qualifications:

· Prior experience as a server.

· Prior management experience preferred.

· Great knowledge when it comes to points of service and hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

· Multi-task and be able to cover all position in the Front of House (FOH)

· Be able to assist the food and beverage team

· Responsible for training junior food and beverage food service members to maintain high level of hospitality for our residents

· Assist in staff scheduling

· Master the POS system, being able to run end of day reports and close out the Jonas system for the day

· Be sure the server prep and back work is completed to standard consistently

· Be a leader and help develop future team members
