This role focuses on developing scalable bot platforms, leveraging Google Cloud, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, LLMs, and enterpriseapproved GenAI tools to support largescale digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities * Lead architecture and technical design for conversational AI and bot platforms * Drive handson development and mentor engineering teams * Build and optimize AI/ML and LLMbased solutions using Google Cloud Platform, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, and ADK * Ensure adoption of enterpriseapproved AI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, etc.) * Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions MustHave Skills * Software Architecture * Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) 2+ years handson * Google Dialogflow * Vertex AI * Agent Development Kit (ADK) * Large Language Models (LLMs) * Python / Java / Go * AI/ML Engineering Qualifications * Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or related field * 5+ years in software architecture or AI/ML engineering * Strong experience designing conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow, Vertex AI, ADK, and LLMs * Demonstrated daily use of enterpriseapproved AI tools for coding, documentation, analysis, and decisionmaking * Google Cloud certification required * Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and advanced LLM use cases * Healthcare experience preferred (not required) Nice to Have * Experience leading engineering teams * Experience driving AI adoption at scale * Excellent communication skills * Strong customerservice mindset and positive attitude
