We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer - .NET with Azure & AI to design and oversee robust backend microservices architecture while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence across our platform. Responsibilities Design and oversee backend microservices architecture Ensure integration with Azure services, Kafka, Redis and external systems Mentor backend developers and enforce coding standards Requirements 8+ years of experience in software development 7+ years in backend development 2+ years in a lead/architect role Expertise in .NET Core/8, Azure AKS and microservices Experience with GitHub Copilot Nice to have Background in insurance or financial platforms
