What you will do:

As a member of the PGIM Real Estate Systems team, you will work to develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting, provide architectural guidance, and lead a cross-functional team of internal and external talent. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and hands-on experience in full-stack development of complex applications in a cloud environment.

  • Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team
  • Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality
  • Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions
  • Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed

This is a hybrid position located in PGIM Real Estate’s Dallas office.

What you will bring

  • 5+ years experience in full-stack web development
  • Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions
  • 3+ years of leading other team members
  • Technologies
    • High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem
    • High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
    • Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases
    • Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.)
    • Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services
    • Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles
    • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code

    • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
    • Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
  • Build and Deployment:
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
    • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
  • Cloud Services:
    • Strong expertise with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
    • Experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
  • Leadership:
    • Ability to lead other engineers
    • Experience in leading architecture and design discussions
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
    • Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability:
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
    • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Teamwork:
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Ability to contribute to team discussions and code reviews.
