We\u2019re\nlooking for a <\/span>Lead Software Engineer (Rust)<\/span><\/b> who can <\/span>own backend\narchitecture<\/span><\/b>, build <\/span>high\-performance distributed systems<\/span><\/b>, and mentor\na small engineering team.<\/span><\/span>

This is a <\/span>hands\-on\nleadership role<\/span><\/b> with end\-to\-end ownership: from system design to production\nreliability.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
  • 5+\n years<\/span><\/b> of backend software development\n experience
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong\n hands\-on expertise in <\/span>Rust<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience\n building <\/span>distributed systems, serverless systems and microservices<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Hands\-on\n experience with <\/span>Kafka or streaming data platforms<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong\n understanding of <\/span>API design, GraphQL, authentication, and security<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Solid\n experience with <\/span>AWS cloud architecture<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience\n with <\/span>DynamoDB, NoSQL data modeling, and caching systems<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability\n to balance <\/span>startup speed<\/span><\/b> with <\/span>long\-term scalability and\n maintainability<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Preferred Skills:
    <\/div>
    • Experience\n with <\/span>IoT or telemetry platforms<\/span><\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience\n in other tech stacks like <\/span>Python, Node<\/span><\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding\n / experience with relational database systems.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Kubernetes\n (EKS) exposure<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Prior\n experience in <\/span>early\-stage or scaling startups<\/span><\/b><\/span>
