The Solutions organization at Aven Hospitality is responsible for positioning and crafting a value proposition to achieve high-level business outcomes for our customers. They are consultative in their approach and product/technical experts, partnering with Sales and Account Management teams, Delivery and Product to ensure the best possible solution is presented to customers and prospects. They orchestrate their efforts to find an optimal product implementation which ensures maximum alignment between Aven Hospitality capabilities and customer requirements. The Team Lead, Solutions Architect is a functional and technical expert of Aven Hospitality Solutions, hospitality ecosystem integrations, APIs and system architecture who will drive successful outcomes in pre-sales and renewal opportunities for complex and enterprise customers by leading the solutions design process partnering with internal cross-functional global teams. The Team Lead will develop close partnerships with Sales and Account Management, Product, Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure delivery of viable solutions aligning to identified customer goals and objectives. As Lead technical architect for customer engagements, you will foster strong customer relationships building strong, viable value propositions addressing customer end-to-end business requirements.We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
