Requirements<\/h3>
\- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Commitment\nand passion towards all things engineering, in general, and electrical/electronic\nengineering, in specific. Drive towards solving complex puzzles in a systematic\nmanner.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong\nwork ethic, bias towards action, and readiness to be outside own\u2019s comfort\nzone.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong\nunderstanding in electrical and electronics engineering.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong\nunderstanding in failure modes of electrical/electronic components, and can\ndifferentiate between electrical, thermal, mechanical overstress.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Shall\nunderstand component ageing, impact of inappropriate storage, and other\nabnormal failure causes.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge\nof methods, techniques, technologies available for in\-depth investigation of\nfailures.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge\nof mass\-assembly processes such as those of PCBAs and box builds.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic\nunderstanding of materials and their properties, affinities and compatibilities.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\ndocumentation related to FA and disseminate in appropriate manner to all\nrelevant teams.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform\nand support, as needed, root\-cause analyses and deploy corrective actions at\nR&D, manufacturing, and at site.<\/span> \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc\nor M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering and/or related fields + 8 years\nor more of relevant hands\-on hardware experience.<\/span>
