We're Looking For Someone Who Has
✔ At least 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Recruitment.
✔ A strong background recruiting within financial services, banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.
✔ Experience hiring for senior, specialist, and business-critical roles.
✔ The confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge hiring decisions, and act as a trusted talent advisor.
✔ Expertise in sourcing, market mapping, executive search, and modern recruitment tools.
