At the heart of Increff's growth is the ability to attract and hire the right talent\u2014fast, thoughtfully, and at scale. As Lead \u2013 Talent Acquisition, you will own the end\-to\-end hiring engine while building modern, tech\-enabled recruiting practices.
This is a high\-impact, hands\-on role where you\u2019ll partner closely with business leaders, shape candidate experience, and leverage ATS, automation, and AI to build a scalable and future\-ready TA function.

  • Own the end\-to\-end candidate journey, ensuring it is smooth, communicative, and human
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during critical stages
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Continuously gather feedback and improve the hiring experience
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure clean, accurate, and well\-maintained candidate data within the ATS
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    End\-to\-End Hiring<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/h4>
    • Drive full\-cycle recruiting across tech, product, sales, customer success, and corporate roles
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, hiring plans, and timelines
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Run structured interview processes, calibration discussions, and offer closures
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      ATS, Tools & AI\-Driven TA<\/span><\/span>
      <\/h4>
      • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\u2014workflows, dashboards, reporting, and adoption
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Drive usage and adoption of AI\-powered and automation tools across sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Continuous Improvement & Mentorship<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/h4>
        • Identify gaps, friction points, and inefficiencies across the hiring lifecycle
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Manage escalations, resolve hiring bottlenecks, and keep hiring moving
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Track and improve TA and recruitment key metrics
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Mentor and guide recruiters or manage vendors as required<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          <\/div>
          • 5\u20137 years of experience<\/span> in <\/span>end\-to\-end recruitment<\/span>, preferably in a <\/span>SaaS / product / tech startup<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Strong experience hiring across <\/span>technical and non\-technical roles<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Hands\-on experience with <\/span>Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms, and Assessment platforms <\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Proven exposure to <\/span>TA automation, analytics, or AI\-driven hiring initiatives<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • High ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast\-paced environments<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience scaling teams in a high\-growth startup<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Exposure to employer branding, referrals, or campus hiring<\/span>
