Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
- Lead and manage a team of support specialists

- Identify training and development needs for support specialists and facilitate skill enhancement
- 5+ years of experience in IT customer support or a related role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience providing expert-level customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and IT best practices.
