Lead - UI/ UX

Since\nyou will be working closely with our product managers, marketers, designers,\nstrategists, analysts and other key stakeholders, you must be a team player.\nYour tasks will include the creation of experience maps, user scenarios,\nmockups and flows. Other tasks will include:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Creating Interactive design elements for\nmobile or web\-applications and Validating ideas and designs using tests and\nproduct performance.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conceptualize original ideas that bring\nsimplicity and user\-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborating and communicating\nprofessionally with clients and internal teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Designing user\-experiences from\nlow\-fidelity sketches to hi\-fidelity pixel perfect mockups.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute all visual design stages from\nconcept to final hand\-off to engineering.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish and promote design guidelines,\nbest practices, and standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Measuring recently released product\nfeatures to establish benchmarks and to identify potential areas of\nimprovement.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Staying abreast of UX trends and\nlooking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Developing interactive reporting\ndashboards and different types of visualizations.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Creating rapid prototypes to validate\ndesign concepts with stakeholders and customers.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Highly detailed communication of design\nprinciples + direction, as well as design specifications to engineers<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    1. Be passionate about all things UX and other\n areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the\n industry\u2019s latest trends and technologies<\/span>
      <\/li>
    2. Be passionate about resolving user pain points\n through great design and open to receiving feedback and constructive\n criticism<\/span>
      <\/li>
    3. Experience in working with a cross\-functional\n team or large\-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall\n and agile methodologies<\/span>
      <\/li>
    4. Ability to manage time wisely across projects\n and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable\n for work<\/span>
      <\/li>
    5. Deep understanding of information design /\n architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology<\/span>
      <\/li>
    6. Excellent verbal and written communication\n skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to\n building a strong design culture<\/span>
      <\/li>
    8. Conduct and synthesize user research,\n interviews, and usability testing into actionable insights<\/span>
      <\/li>
    9. Develop wireframes, user flows, customer\n journey maps, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs<\/span>
      <\/li>
    10. Drive consistency and best practices in UX/UI\n across all digital touchpoints<\/span>
      <\/li>
    11. Collaborate closely with product, engineering,\n and business teams to align design goals with business outcomes<\/span>
      <\/li>
    12. Champion the voice of the user and advocate for\n user\-centered design across the organization<\/span>
      <\/li>
    13. Lead the design of user\-centric solutions from\n concept to execution for both web and mobile platforms<\/span>
      <\/li>
    14. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate\n design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Strong\n ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including\n happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into\n designs<\/span>
