About the Role

ANSCER Robotics is looking for a technically sharp and ownership\-driven Lead – AMR Validation & Testing to spearhead hardware and software validation of our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). This is a hands\-on technical leadership role — you will be in the trenches running tests, debugging systems, and simultaneously guiding a team of test engineers to deliver robust, shipment\-ready robots.

You will own the full validation lifecycle: from sensor bring\-up and embedded logic verification to system\-level FAT/SAT execution, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.
