Lead Yield and Crypto Business Manager
You will ideate design and drive revenue generating crypto products starting with Yield Hub You will model unit economics and financial impact of new solutions on merchant profitability and revenue You will develop go to market strategies and drive adoption of complex crypto products You will work directly with key clients on upsell and product implementation You will ensure seamless product integrations into the platform including crypto rails and payment processing flows You will collaborate cross functionally with Tech Compliance Sales and Leadership You will monitor market developments in crypto payments and DeFi and Stay aware of MiCA and EU crypto regulations to ensure offerings remain compliant and commercially viable You will communicate clearly with merchants and internal stakeholders and use data to inform decisions You will thrive in a remote async friendly environment with opportunities for growth
Responsibilities
- Ideate design and drive new revenue generating crypto products starting with Yield Hub
- Model unit economics and financial impact of new solutions on merchant profitability and revenue
- Develop go to market strategies and drive adoption of complex crypto products
- Engage directly with key clients on upsell and product implementation
- Ensure seamless product integrations into the platform including crypto rails
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support API integrations with the tech team
- Collaborate cross functionally with Tech Compliance Sales and Leadership
- Manage multiple initiatives end to end with strong project management
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge of DeFi protocols including staking lending yield farming liquidity pools and on chain yield generation strategies
- Expert level understanding of stablecoins treasury management and various yield generating mechanisms for merchant use
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain infrastructure including custody solutions bridges smart contract integrations and security considerations
- Advanced tokenomics and risk management in DeFi products
- Ability to ideate design and drive new revenue generating crypto products
- Expert level skills in unit economics financial modeling and calculating impact on merchant profitability and revenue
- Advanced experience in developing go to market strategies and driving adoption
- Advanced merchant focused skills to upsell and product implementation
- Advanced knowledge of payment processing flows and crypto rails
- Intermediate to advanced API integrations and blockchain technology stack
- Advanced competitive analysis and market intelligence in crypto payments and DeFi
- Intermediate regulatory awareness MiCA and EU crypto regulations
- Expert cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
- Expert level communication stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Expert analytical and data driven mindset
- Fluent English (C1+) or native
- Fluent Russian is a strong advantage
