CSCT department is seeking an experienced curriculum developer and subject matter expert to help shape and update a comprehensive, modern leadership course series. This contract role is a unique opportunity to transform leadership curriculum into a cohesive, practical, and high-impact learning experience for emerging leaders. Working closely with our program team, you will bring both real-world leadership expertise and instructional rigour to the development of course content that is relevant, inclusive, and ready for delivery in hybrid and remote environments. |
Functions and Duties
- Develop and refine curriculum, course outlines, learning outcomes, and instructional materials for the Leadership Series
- Serve as subject matter expert, ensuring content accuracy and real-world applicability across all courses
- Collaborate with the program team to ensure a standardized, cohesive learner experience across all cohorts and facilitators
- Design learning activities, assessments, and facilitator guides appropriate for adult learners in professional settings
- Adapt content for delivery across in-person, remote, and hybrid environments
- Provide expert input on best practices and current leadership trends
- Meet project milestones and deliverable deadlines within the June–September 2026 contract term
