About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Process Optimization: Drive Lean six-sigma projects to streamline urban distribution and terminal operations.
  • Route Efficiency: Analyze and optimize delivery routes to reduce transit times and operational costs.
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically manage site resources, capacity planning, and facility layouts.
  • Workforce Productivity: Design and execute strategies to enhance per capita output and stabilize courier attendance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor terminal KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy on-site improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with terminal managers to standardize best practices and Lean methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in express delivery, instant delivery, or urban distribution.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma frameworks applied to logistics.
  • Advanced data analysis, layout planning, change management, and excellent communication.
  • Proven track record in route and resource management. Logistics or Express Industry background is highly preferred.
