In our journey to reposition Insurance as a service, this team is focussing on creating increased commercial value for our organisation. And to do that, we aim to build a pipeline with various skills within Insurance who are passionate about our customers servicing them directly or indirectly – this will enable the progress in Africa we all want to see.

Knowledge and Skills you can learn include: Operations, Short Term/Long Term Insurance, Customer Service, Complaints Resolution, Claim Queries, Learning and Development
If you are passionate about learning and gaining valuable workplace skills in any area within Insurance, this Learnership Programme will enable you to grow in this specialised field. Under the mentorship of our Insurance Leads, you will gain experience regarding various solutions within insurance streams which include, but are not limited to:

o Understanding the full value chain of Insurance Service
o Customer Service
o Project development
o Procurement processes
o Understanding operations
o Analyse and process information
o Understanding Customer Demands and providing appropriate solutions

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Matriculants only: Math or Math Lit with 60% and above
• Not be employed for more than six months
• Not be registered on any other learnership
• Not be studying at any institution

Learnership Details:
Start Date: 01 September 2026
End Date: 31 August 2027
Learnership Allowance: R7 000 per month plus medical aid
