As a Learning and Development Manager, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in challenging conversations with team members and other stakeholders, escalating where necessary.

Responsibilities

- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions aligned with market developments
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
- Managing performance by leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations
- Utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training processes and track development progress
- Engaging in stakeholder management to build and maintain effective relationships
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace change
- Analyzing and identifying system interactions to improve learning and development strategies
- Leading projects from planning through completion, confirming quality and timely deliverables
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with team members and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

- Oversee day-to-day learning operations, ensuring service levels are met in accuracy, timeliness, and learner satisfaction

- Maintain visibility over all ongoing programs, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved

- Review and approve key reports, rosters, and learning data to ensure integrity and compliance

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
