Learning and Development

The Learning & Development Specialist will be\nresponsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that\nenhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The role requires strong\nexpertise in instructional design, facilitation, and digital learning\nplatforms.<\/span>

  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business\nstakeholders.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs across multiple\nformats (classroom, virtual, blended).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Create e\-learning content using industry\-standard authoring tools.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate training sessions focused on leadership, soft skills, and\ntechnical competencies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and\nperformance metrics.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support onboarding programs and career development initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Research and recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with\nindustry best practices.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in corporate Learning &\nDevelopment.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and\ninstructional design methodologies.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in LMS administration and e\-learning tools.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder\nmanagement skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional\nDesign, or Training.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience in designing leadership development programs.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Exposure to digital learning transformation initiatives.<\/span>
