About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Capability Business Partner to join our national People & Culture team.
This role plays an important part in building non-technical capability across the firm by partnering closely with stakeholders across a dedicated portfolio to understand capability needs and shape practical learning pathways and programs aligned to business priorities.
By bringing together capability frameworks, pathway design and program delivery, this role ensures learning solutions are relevant, high-quality and integrated into the way the business operates.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across a dedicated portfolio to understand capability needs and translate these into structured learning requirements and pathways
Design and maintain non-technical capability frameworks, ensuring they remain current, relevant and aligned to performance expectations and leadership standards
Shape and continuously improve learning pathways across key career stages, aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements
Develop blended learning programs aligned to pathway requirements, applying consistent design standards and governance
Engage SMEs to support content development, ensuring learning materials are accurate, contextual and fit for purpose
Oversee the learner experience across programs, monitoring engagement and feedback to drive consistency and continuous improvement
Provide capability insights and reporting on learning outcomes, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision making and investment focus
About You
Experience in L&D, capability development or learning design within a professional services or complex environment
Demonstrated capability in learning needs analysis, pathway design and blended program development
Pragmatic and solutions focused, with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
Exposure to learning systems and reporting tools (e.g. Workday Learning, GO1, Power BI) is desirable
