Learning & Development Partner (H/F)

Join Flatpay France to launch and structure the L&D function. Dual reporting line to the Head of People France and the Head of Coaching & Leadership (Denmark). Near blank page: you design the programs and drive the development dynamic of our leaders and managers in a sales-driven, hypergrowth organization
Build the L&D strategy and framework for Flatpay France
  • Build the France L&D roadmap from A to Z, with a priority focus on leadership and management development, from first-time managers to regional leaders
  • Define the standards, learning journeys and rituals adapted to a fast-scaling commercial organization
  • Align your approach with the Head of Coaching & Leadership in Denmark and your L&D peers across other Flatpay countries
Design and deliver high-impact training programs
  • Design leadership development programs covering management fundamentals, difficult conversations, performance coaching and leadership posture
  • Facilitate workshops and high-value sessions with a concrete, business-first approach grounded in the realities of a sales-driven scale-up
  • Continuously iterate on content based on feedback, outcomes and field performance indicators
Bring pedagogical expertise and equip the function
  • Select and deploy the most effective learning tools, platforms and formats (in-person, digital, blended, micro-learning)
  • Build the materials, playbooks and references that make Flatpay France an organization where skill-building is structured and accessible
  • Measure the effectiveness of programs (KPIs, training ROI, capability growth) and challenge anything that doesn't create value
Steer delivery with 2 HRBPs as field relays
  • Rely on the 2 HRBPs to calibrate real needs, identify managerial gaps and prioritize interventions
  • Co-build the operational deployment of programs with them and ensure consistency of leadership standards
  • Report to the France ExCom and the Head of Coaching & Leadership with actionable insights on managerial capability and development priorities
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in L&D with a strong focus on leadership development, ideally in a scale-up, fintech, sales-driven or tech environment, and you've already built programs from scratch
  • You master end-to-end instructional design: program design, workshop facilitation, tool selection, effectiveness measurement and iteration
  • You're a builder at heart, pragmatic and business-first: you love blank pages, you know how to influence without direct line authority, and you thrive in the ambiguity of a hypergrowth organization, with ease operating across a dual local/group reporting line
  • Fluent English is mandatory (C1 minimum, written and spoken) as it is the working language across the group; French is native level
  • Prior exposure to people partnering, sales/commercial environments, or enablement and training analytics platforms is a real plus
