  • Design and develop learning curriculum, tools, and resources across AI, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Deliver, facilitate, and train the trainer (if applicable) for relevant global programs.
  • Advise and support leaders and employees in Learning and Development efforts by sharing best practices and establishing consistent approaches and operational excellence in line with company standards.
  • Manage learning platform technologies that provide employees with professional knowledge and unique learning experiences, including Workday Learning (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate the learning program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.
  • Partner with direct manager and L&D team to evaluate individual and global development needs and monitor budgetary support.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3 or more years of L&D experience working at a global or technology company, including facilitating and engaging large groups both in person and virtually.
  • Experience developing training materials using blended methods, including eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, and presentations, with proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate the quality of learning programs and support resources.
  • Proactive professional who can navigate a dynamic, remote working environment with the ability to self-manage, work independently, and prioritize effectively.
