Learning & Development Specialist
We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and contributing to a continuous learning culture in a technology\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs
<\/li> Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams
<\/li> Assist in developing training materials and presentations
<\/li> Schedule and manage training sessions and logistics
<\/li> Maintain training records, reports, and feedback
<\/li> Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
<\/li> Support employee engagement and development initiatives
<\/li> Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
<\/li> Working on talent acquisition simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>

Strong coordination and organizational skills
<\/li> Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
<\/li> Ability to manage multiple tasks

<\/li> Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
<\/li> LMS (Learning Management Systems)
<\/li> E\-learning tools / content creation
<\/li> Exposure to IT/technical training
