We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and contributing to a continuous learning culture in a technology\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams

  • Assist in developing training materials and presentations

  • Schedule and manage training sessions and logistics

  • Maintain training records, reports, and feedback
    <\/li>
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers

  • Working on talent acquisition simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>
