About the Role

Are you passionate about fostering growth and empowering others through effective learning experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Intern to join our team for 12 months in either Barcelona. Reporting to our Senior Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, supporting, and promoting our global learning and development initiatives, ensuring our Ogurians have access to the resources they need to thrive.

  • What you will be doing

    Training Coordination and Logistics:

  • Global Training Calendar Management: Maintain and update the global Learning calendar, ensuring awareness and collaboration with key teams.

  • Logistical Support for Training: end-to-end management of training on our Learning Experience Platform.

  • Participant Communication: Primary point of contact for registrants on schedules, rescheduling, and technical issues.

  • Vendor Liaison: Support communication and coordination with external training vendors, including processing payments and setting up successful sessions.

  • AI-Enabled Learning & Adoption:

  • AI in Content Creation: Use AI tools (Gemini and Claude) to accelerate how we build learning, drafting and summarizing content, generating knowledge checks, and producing first-draft materials for review.

  • Champion Responsible AI Use: Help Ogurians discover and adopt AI tools in their day-to-day learning and work by sharing tips, prompts, and best practices — always with a focus on responsible use and fact-checking AI outputs.

  • Stay Curious: Keep up with emerging AI learning tools and platforms, features, and pilot new ideas with guidance.

  • Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Management (Sana Labs):

  • Platform Administration: Update and review training content with appropriate naming conventions, folder structures, and categorization.

  • User Management & Reporting: Manage user enrollments and track completion rates.

  • User Support: Provide first-line support to employees experiencing issues with the learning platform.

  • E-learning & Learning Path Creation: With guidance (and AI assistance where helpful), create new e-learning modules and learning paths.

  • Marketing and Analytics:

  • Communications & Engagement: Promote Learning initiatives across our communication channels, creating engaging materials (e.g., video reels, visuals) while supporting internal learning communities to spark discussion and knowledge sharing.

  • Feedback & Analysis: Run post-training and program evaluation surveys and analyze the data — spotting trends and surfacing insights — to identify areas for improvement.

  • Reporting & Needs Analysis: Build and maintain dashboards for senior stakeholders, and contribute to training needs analysis through designing surveys, collating responses, and running initial analysis.

  • What you will bring to Ogury

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English (required).

  • AI & L&D Passion: Curious about how AI transforms workplace learning, and eager to experiment with tools like Gemini or Claude.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset to support internal users.

  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with a global team.

  • Tech & Experience: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms or prior HR/admin coordination is a plus.
