Learning Operations & Certification Manager

This role sits at the intersection of learning operations, certification governance, and global program delivery, ensuring smooth execution of professional learning and accreditation programs. You will act as the key operational owner for certification lifecycle management, from learner enrollment to certificate issuance, while maintaining strict compliance with external accreditation bodies. The position plays a critical role in coordinating across internal teams, instructors, and global certification partners to ensure seamless learning experiences. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes, enhancing governance, and strengthening operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end certification operations, including learner registration, eligibility validation, tracking, and issuance of certifications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with governing standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external certification and accreditation bodies, managing communication, renewals, documentation, and ongoing relationship governance.
- Oversee learning operations workflows, ensuring courseware, assessments, and training materials remain aligned with certification frameworks and updated versions.
- Coordinate with instructors, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure program readiness, operational alignment, and smooth execution of training initiatives.
- Maintain operational dashboards, reporting systems, and documentation to track certification progress, compliance status, and performance metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies across learning operations and implement process improvements, SOPs, and scalable best practices.
- 5–7 years of experience in learning operations, training administration, certification management, program coordination, or similar roles in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of certification lifecycle management, accreditation processes, and operational governance in learning or education ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage parallel workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop structured processes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Exposure to global learning programs, EdTech, consulting, or corporate training environments is highly desirable.
