About The Role We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Leasing Executive to support our national retail leasing portfolio.

You’ll support the lease negotiation and administration of new retail sites, lease renewals and exits. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure leasing activities are managed effectively and aligned to business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage leasing activities across a national retail property portfolio

  • Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews, relocations, and lease negotiations

  • Support new site identification and lease negotiation

  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to support leasing decisions

  • Maintain accurate lease records, registers, and documentation

  • Track key lease dates and ensure critical milestones are managed proactively

  • Support approval processes and documentation for leasing transactions

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external property partners

  • Liaise with landlords, agents, and legal representatives to support leasing outcomes

  • Provide leasing advice and updates to key stakeholders across the business

Essential

About You

  • Experience managing or coordinating retail leasing portfolios

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Good understanding of lease terms, renewals, and property processes

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • High attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and reporting

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style

Desirable

  • Experience working within a corporate, healthcare, retail, or multi-site environment

  • Exposure to property administration systems or lease management platforms

  • Experience within the NFP or Private Health Insurance (PHI) sector
