What You'll Do:

Support the management of office leasing portfolios while learning transaction processes and market dynamics.
Assist tenants and landlords through leasing transactions, gaining exposure to all stages from initial inquiry to deal completion.
Help identify new business opportunities and participate in client relationship building under senior team guidance.
Maintain client databases, contribute to market reports, and develop your understanding of commercial real estate trends.

What We're Looking For:

Strong interest in commercial real estate with eagerness to learn and build a career in office leasing.
Sales, customer service, or related experience demonstrating client engagement skills (office leasing experience is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to develop negotiation capabilities.
NSW Real Estate registration/license required (or ability to obtain).
