This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Port Orange, which offers a beautiful river district, lush botanical gardens, and a growing seaside community. It is home to Rose Bay, the Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens, and Spruce Creek Recreational Park. Port Orange is one of the top 5 most affordable waterfront cities in Florida.

A Leasing Specialist is charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
