This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee, which offers over 700 miles of trails, a subtropical climate, and incredible opportunities to immerse yourself in Florida’s rich history, new commercial opportunities, and family-friendly attractions. A Leasing Specialist is charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
