Legal Advisor
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to provide day\-to\-day legal support and consultation to the company, ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protect the company\u2019s legal interests.

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>- Provide daily legal support and advice to the company.
<\/li> - Ensure full compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
<\/li> - Review, draft, and proofread contracts and agreements before approval.
<\/li> - Handle legal cases in coordination with external lawyers when required.
<\/li> - Prepare legal memos and reports for senior management.
<\/li> - Assess legal risks and provide preventive recommendations.
<\/li> - Monitor updates and changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company\u2019s operations.

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law (LLB) as a minimum.
<\/li> - 4 years of experience in the legal field.
<\/li> - Strong knowledge of commercial law and labor law.
<\/li> - Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements.
<\/li> - Strong legal analytical and problem\-solving skills.
<\/li> - Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
