Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking an experienced and self\-driven <\/span>Legal Executive<\/b> <\/span>to oversee all legal and compliance matters within the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in <\/span>corporate law<\/b>, a practical understanding of the <\/span>POSH Act<\/b>, and the ability to manage legal operations independently, ensuring full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

Requirements
<\/h3>
  • Educational Qualification: BA LLB / LLM from a recognized university.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Corporate Law, legal compliance, or an in\-house counsel role.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate and labour laws, and working familiarity with the POSH Act.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle legal matters independently.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Tech\-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

    • Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard organizational interests.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Advise management on corporate law matters, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Monitor and interpret new laws, amendments, and court rulings relevant to the organization\u2019s operations.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Liaise and negotiate with external legal counsel, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Implement and maintain internal legal processes, documentation systems, and compliance frameworks.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Conduct training and awareness sessions on legal topics, including the <\/span><\/span>POSH Act<\/b> <\/span><\/span>and workplace ethics.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Handle legal notices, litigation documentation, and responses in coordination with external advocates.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, risk management practices, and statutory obligations.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Academic Departments for legal vetting of organizational matters.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Provide strategic input on policy formation, disciplinary procedures, and contract renewals.
