Legal Executive

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support our company\u2019s legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing regulations, enforcing internal policies, and ensuring that all e\-commerce operations align with legal standards and marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities
<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

• Review and ensure compliance with e\-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection (E\-commerce) Rules, IT Act, data protection guidelines, and marketplace policies.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and internal legal documents.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding rules, invoicing policies, and marketplace operational requirements.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Support consumer protection activities including returns/refund policies, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution.

• Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance reports.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel when required.

• Handle basic legal correspondence, notices, and follow\-ups.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Bachelor\u2019s Degree in LLB.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  1\u20134 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or e\-commerce legal roles.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Strong understanding of Indian e\-commerce laws and consumer protection rules.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Good drafting skills and high attention to detail.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and work in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
