【招继任】外企Abercrombie & Fitch 法务部实习生(尽快到岗优先)

【招聘职位】：

法务部实习生

【职位要求】：

1、法学本科生大三大四、研究生，研究生优先（暂无留用机会）；

2、熟悉法律基础知识，具备良好的法律检索能力，独立思考能力，通过法律职业资格考试优先；

3、英语六级以上（写作能力好）；

4、工作细致有耐心，之前有法律相关实习、工作经历，对零售行业法务工作感兴趣为佳；

5、周一至周四全勤优先；

6、长期实习，半年以上最佳。

【工作任务】：

1、协助部门开展相关法律研究工作，包括法律规定、案例检索等；

2、协助进行企业合规调查等工作；

3、协助进行中英文互译；

4、协助起草及审核基础法律文书；

5、协助部门开展公司内部法律培训；

6、文件、发票整理与归档；

7、部门安排的其他事务。

【薪资待遇】：

28元/小时，每天8小时工作，不定期零食茶水供应。

【工作地点】：

上海市静安区嘉里中心二座办公楼

【到岗时间】：

七月上旬到岗为佳，最晚七月中旬

【Position】

Legal Intern

【Requirements】

1. Law undergraduates (junior or senior year) or postgraduate students; postgraduate candidates are preferred (no full-time conversion opportunity).

2. Solid knowledge of fundamental legal principles, with strong legal research skills and independent thinking ability; passing the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Examination is a plus.

3. CET-6 or above; strong English writing skills required.

4. Detail-oriented and patient; prior legal internship or work experience and interest in retail legal work are preferred.

5. Full-time availability from Monday to Thursday is preferred.

6. Long-term internship (six months or longer is ideal).

【Responsibilities】

1. Assist with legal research, including legal provisions and case law research.

2. Assist with corporate compliance investigations and related matters.

3. Assist with Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation.

4. Assist in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents.

5. Assist in organizing internal legal training sessions.

6. Organize and archive documents and invoices.

7. Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

【Compensation & Benefits】

RMB 28 per hour, 8 working hours per day.

Snacks and beverages are provided in the office from time to time.

Kerry Center Tower 2, Jing’an District, Shanghai

【Start Date】

Early July is preferred; no later than mid-July.
