KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive support to lawyers and team members in the Legal Department, contributing to a wide range of legal, corporate governance, and administrative matters.

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, forms, and related correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Manage internal and external coordination of trademark matters across various jurisdictions.

  • Conduct preliminary legal research and provide initial assessments on assigned issues.

  • Maintain an organized system for managing, tracking, and retaining legal documents and records.

  • Review, update, and manage contract registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and legal standards.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed to support departmental and business priorities.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a sizable organization; experience in multinational companies is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.

  • Experience or knowledge in trademark matters is preferred.

  • A mature, proactive, and professional individual with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools; strong computer skills are highly desirable.

  • Job title is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
