Legal Secretary (Litigation)

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned lawyers with legal practice management tasks, including opening, maintaining, and closing files, as well as handling disbursements, expense claims, and invoices

• Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the firm’s Litigation Practice, along with other general secretarial duties as assigned

• Manage notarisation and legalization processes

• Support court filing matters to ensure smooth and legally compliant property transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum1–2 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment

• Strong command of written and spoken English; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage, due to a significant Chinese-speaking clientele

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multi-task effectively

• Willingnessto learn because training will be provided
