Luxer One\u2019s Package Liaison team is seeking a professional, organized, and customer\u2011focused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities.<\/span>

As a Package Liaison, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit each site multiple times per week to ensure smooth, efficient, and resident\u2011friendly package operations.<\/span>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Provide in\u2011person, verbal and written assistance to residents with package\u2011related questions or issues<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Log newly delivered packages into the property\u2019s automated package management system<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Label, sort, and organize packages to maintain a clean, easy\u2011to\u2011navigate package room<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders, including notice of return\u2011to\u2011sender deadlines for stale packages (typically 48 hours, depending on property policy)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Confirm return\u2011to\u2011sender pickups when required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Serve as the primary on\u2011site liaison between the property team and Luxer One support<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on package room or locker systems<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct scheduled audits of package rooms and lockers (weekly or monthly, depending on property size)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Occasionally support outreach efforts, such as visiting prospective properties for audits or informational drop\u2011offs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work independently and represent Luxer One professionally as the primary or sole liaison at assigned sites<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Deliver select packages directly to residents\u2019 doors (60 lbs limit)*<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>*Door delivery pertains only at select properties.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Comfort using technology, including digital package management systems and an iPad<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages\u2014some of which may be bulky\u2014within legal guidelines and maneuvering safely within storage areas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
