Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer\-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Denver/Glendale area. Come join our growing team!<\/span>

This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Denver/Glendale area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.<\/span>
<\/p><\/div>
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/span>
<\/h3>- Provide in\-person support to residents having package questions/issues<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Log recently\-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deliver packages to resident doors or in\-unit<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Organize packages within our rooms, to make it easier for residents to find their packages<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify aging/stale packages in the system and prepare them to be returned to sender<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Serve as a primary liaison between the property, carriers, residents and the package management provider support team<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>This is a part\-time role (15\-20 hours), but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program \u2013 with opportunities for growth as the program expands.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Who You Are:<\/span>
<\/h3>- Professional and Interpersonal. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to establish positive, friendly rapport with property staff, residents and couriers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in or near the city of Glendale/Denver.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Tech\-savvy, familiar with Apple products and comfortable writing emails (you will be using our digital package management software and Gmail)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Organizational and independent problem\-solving skills <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- At least 18 years old.<\/span>
