OAL is privately owned by our surgeons and supported by a team of 400+ employees who share a commitment to excellence. At our Lancaster and Lebanon campuses, we operate our own outpatient orthopedic surgery center—NPSC—where we perform a wide range of surgeries, including total joint replacements, using the most advanced techniques available.

Schedule/Work Environment:

  • Full Time

  • Weekdays 5-hour and 10-hour shifts between 6:45am-6:00pm with possible Saturday rotation

  • No Holidays/Call

  • Office Clinic

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Welcomes patients to our practice.

  • Ensures all related reports, labs and information is filed is available in patients' medical records prior to their appointment.

  • Prepares patients for examination, including suture/staple removal.

  • Acquires vitals and accurately documents in EMR.

  • Interviews patients for allergies, medications, and history.

  • Assists provider with in-office procedures as needed.

  • Applies Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

  • Provides patient education for care after visit.

  • Maintains equipment and stocks exam rooms.

  • Assists with patient check-out.

  • Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns.

  • Completes orders accurately and appropriately as directed by the provider.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to company policies and procedures.

  • Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

  • Adheres to company attendance standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
