What You'll Do
  • Monitor the nurse call system and respond promptly
  • Provide clinical care including first aid, CPR, medication administration, vital signs, and more
  • Assist with direct resident care as needed
  • Document all clinic visits and emergency situations accurately
  • Follow infrection control protocols and safety standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information
  • Respond to emergency situations (fire, power outage, natural distaters, etc.)
  • Escort residents as needed (may requre driving a company vehicle)
What We're Looking For
  • Current LPN license valid in North Carolina
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability and willingness to respond to community emergencies
  • A compassionate, service-oriented mindset with strong clinical skills
