About You
In one of our , R&D roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
Manage project to deliver the CT / DtV program in an efficient way and built on best practise tools, and strong mitigation plans with stakeholders/project multifunctional team.
Identify resources requirements and create multifunctional project team to execute DtV
Work to agreed safety standards, act as an example and comply with company & country safety regulations.
Support the team to lead the local implementation of Regional Renovation & Innovation projects from a product point of view.
Implement regional product Improvement plans in partnership with Product Developers, Marketing & Mill in-line with agreed strategy & country.
Lead the implementation of Mill cost transformation initiatives relating BCC product and materials.
Provide technical mentoring to support the mill for the implementation of product and equipment changes and provide technical direction to multifunction teams for LCM activities.
Ensure security of material supply through qualification of local material vendors and manage material issues and risks prioritising mitigation efforts and disaster recovery.
Represent the interests of the customer /shopper/chooser/user within the facility by interfacing with Marketing, Quality & Mill Operation as appropriate.
Drive consumer understanding as related to product use. Participate in initiatives that aim to improve consumer satisfaction & where necessary lead projects to eliminate/reduce product design sources of consumer dissatisfaction or complaint.
Ensure facility compliance with Corporate, Sector and Regulatory requirements. Work with Regional team to ensure knowledge of competitive intelligence and patents.
Ensure full awareness of BU LCM activity and issues by appropriate, accurate and timely communication to all parts of the business.
Lead the team to maintain the Finished Product Specification (FPS) and Bill of Material (BOM)
Prepare and obtain approval of the budget for related regions. Implement appropriate controls to ensure that the budget is met.
Is responsible for identifying, developing and retaining talent in the team, and preparing the succession plan for his/her team.
Responsible for promoting KC-Behaviors in the teams in which he/she works.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
A minimum standard of a bachelor or similar university degree, or significant workplace experience in the LCM, Research/Engineering or Operational/process fields.
Experience of working effectively in multifunctional teams.
Broad knowledge of the consumer insight of FMCG industry, production processes, and raw materials.
Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken at all levels.
Good Planning, Organisational Skills and Good Presentation Skills.
