Lifecycle Operations Manager
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
We are looking for Lifecycle Operations Manager with a sharp editorial eye, strong operational instincts, and a genuine curiosity about AI to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing team! In this role, you will sit at the centre of a new AI-augmented campaign execution model - governing the AI campaign execution tool, our internal AI system that builds and deploys campaigns in Braze and Hubspot at scale. You will be the human interface between brief owners and the AI, responsible for the quality, compliance, and brand integrity of every campaign we send. If you are a proactive operator who thrives on building structure from scratch, loves working across functions, and wants to shape how AI-powered marketing works in practice - we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, ongoing role: the real work begins when the AI tool goes live.
About the role:
Govern the AI tool's rules and operating parameters - define what briefs it accepts, what it can execute, and where it has gaps.
Review all the AI campaign execution tool-generated campaign output before it goes live, applying brand, tone, compliance, and contextual judgment.
Act as the human interface between brief owners (clients) and the AI campaign execution tool - guide stakeholders when they hit the AI tool's limitations or edge cases.
Own the stakeholder approval process: suppression checks, overlap management, sensitive account handling, and sign-offs from Growth, Legal, and regional teams.
Identify when the AI tool's capabilities need updating - new PMM skills, design changes, channel expansion - and drive those updates.
Keep the AI tool's knowledge base current: brand guidelines, templates, regional rules, and escalation logic.
Build and maintain the operating model for campaign execution: how briefs are submitted, reviewed, approved, and launched.
Partner with the the AI campaign execution tool build team in months 1–6 to define acceptance criteria, run first live campaigns, identify failure modes, and iterate.
Train brief owners on what the AI tool needs and how to work with it effectively.
Track performance patterns and translate them into improvements to the AI tool's brief structure and audience logic.
Own the campaign calendar and maintain full visibility for stakeholders - ensure every team knows what is launching, when, and why.
Work hands-on with the right teams to execute campaigns that the AI tool cannot currently build in Braze - managing the manual process end to end while identifying what is needed to bring that capability into the AI tool so it can handle it independently in the future.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing operations within a high-growth SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform - a must.
Strong editorial judgment: you can read a campaign and know if it is right, not just whether it follows the rules.
Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools, with genuine curiosity about how they work and where they break.
Proven track record building processes and operating models in complex, cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication skills - you will regularly align PMM, Legal, Growth, and regional stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to manage high campaign volume without compromising quality.
Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building from scratch.
Familiarity with data and analytics tools (Looker, SQL, or equivalent) is an advantage.
