About the Role

As a Store Supervisor, you’re the heartbeat of the store floor.
You make sure the team runs smoothly, the vibe stays high, and customers have a genuinely positive experience every time they visit.
You lead by example by selling with enthusiasm, solving problems fast, and supporting your team like a pro.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate Sip Ambassadors during daily operations.
  • Handle customer escalations, refunds, and exchanges with confidence and empathy.
  • Oversee stock take, replenishment, and store presentation to maintain perfect standards.
  • Execute store promotions and communicate updates clearly to the team.
  • Identify improvement areas in customer flow, merchandising, and operations.
  • Take initiative as IC (in-charge) when the manager is off-duty ensure smooth opening and closing.

How Success Is Measured

  • Team performance: Sales growth and teamwork metrics
  • Customer experience: Mystery shopper and feedback scores
  • Operational accuracy: Stock accuracy, store readiness, zero out-of-stocks
  • Leadership: Peer feedback, staff engagement, initiative

🧍‍♀️ Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of retail or lifestyle brand experience (lead or senior role preferred).
  • Confident communicator who can coach others and manage customer escalations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership you take pride in doing things right.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive under pressure.
  • Enjoys working with people, not just managing them.
  • Able to work weekends and retail shifts.
