Lift Supervisor (Up $4k)

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:45pm
Salary: Basic + allowance up to $4,000

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lift/elevator installation, servicing, and repair works
• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 technicians
• Ensure all site works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project coordination
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions when required
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and service requests

📌 Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the lift/elevator industry
• Proven experience in team leadership / supervision (15–20 technicians)
• Must possess own motor vehicle
• Able to travel to different job sites as required
• Strong technical knowledge in lift installation, servicing, and maintenance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
