📍 Work Location: Site-based work across Singapore | Kaki Bukit office base

🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM

💰 Salary: Basic up to $ 3,010 per month + $ 350 Allowances + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspection of lift and escalator systems
• Troubleshoot and repair system faults and technical issues
• Respond to customer calls and emergency breakdowns promptly
• Complete maintenance records and service documentation
• Report safety issues and defective components to supervisors
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and regulations
• Attend toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Service lifts at residential, office and commercial buildings

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Environment (Vertical Transportation)
• At least 1 years lift industry experience preferred
• Valid driving license preferred
• Willing to work at various sites across Singapore
