The Role
This junior position will support the existing listing and fund registration team. No prior listing or fund registration experience is required. The successful applicant will get full training on all aspects of fund structure and operations, and listing and distribution requirements across European and global markets. The role is client facing and wide in scope offering the opportunity to gain significant expertise and experience in funds and other financial services areas.Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on marketing and distribution requirements across EEA and global markets.
- Liaising with clients, local regulators and fund service providers to achieve our clients’ objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Advising clients of listing requirements across multiple exchanges, including preparing applications and management of listings for both investment funds, Exchange Traded Funds and wholesale debt across global stock exchanges.
- Assisting clients with initial and ongoing regulatory filings with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulators.
- Working closely with internal teams, including asset management, banking and corporate to effectively manage projects and maximise outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
- Appropriate financial services experience or relevant third level qualification.
- Positive, pro-active, client focused approach.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a flexible and busy team.
- Well organised with particular attention to detail.
- Good problem solving, detail oriented and analytical skills.
- An adaptable, flexible mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client files and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as required and as part of a team.
