Litigation Counsel

Requirements
• Qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
• 4–7 years post-call experience with strong litigation exposure.
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle court appearances independently.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Handle litigation matters from inception to conclusion with minimal supervision.
• Draft court processes and conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in court.
• Manage case files.
• Support other areas of legal practice within the firm.
