Live Streaming Host Manager - Douyin
Responsibilities includes not limited to;
Lead and coach a team of high performing Professional livestream hosts.
Support the overall flow of livestreams, guiding Hosts to introduce segments, transitioning between topics, and ensure pacing stays dynamic and audience-focused.
Collaborates with key cross functional teams to integrate business priorities and execution strategies into the livestream experience.
Establishes a clear performance standard and training structure for hosts.
Proactively incorporates audience feedback and data-driven insights to continuously refine hosting style, pacing, and delivery.
Partner with People partners and the operations team to plan and manage recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven on-air hosting or broadcast experience (livestream, television, events, or digital platforms). Team management experience in above landscapes with proven leadership capabilities and deep industry expertise strongly preferred.
Strong analytical ability and decision making skills.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience working with human resources in areas pertinent to employee management such as performance, welfare and development.
Able to work in different Apple offices & studios and being flexible for weekend and night shift
Mandarin and English fluency required.
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience, MBA/MA or advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate.
Adept at building collaborative bridges and fostering relationships with cross functional, in addition to flexibly adapting to feedback.
Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing operational processes that help improve operational metrics and drive efficiency.
