Live Streaming Operator (Chinese speaker)

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing Live Studio company, we are seeking dynamic Live Streaming Operator (Chinese speaker) for their studio in Dubai.

You will be responsible for the full-process offline live streaming operations on TikTok, covering group live streams, solo live streams, and influencer live streams. Lead in-room control, process management, audience interaction, data analysis, and traffic optimization, directly impacting live stream GMV, concurrent viewer count, follower growth, and monetization efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Full-Process Live Streaming Operations

  • Responsible for TikTok live room preparation, script organization, process control, broadcast execution, and in-room interactive management.
  • Coordinate with streamers to manage pacing, atmosphere, and conversion guidance, enhancing dwell time, engagement, and conversion rates.

Group Live + Solo Live Management

  • Independently manage daily live operations across multiple rooms and multiple streamers.
  • Optimize live content, interactive scripts, and engagement mechanics to improve overall live room performance metrics.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor real-time live data: viewership, dwell time, engagement, follower growth, GMV, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews, deliver optimization plans, and continuously improve live streaming results.

Live Streaming Hub Collaboration

  • Coordinate with a 2,000㎡ live streaming hub for scene setup, equipment testing, and scheduling management.
  • Collaborate with MCN, content, and e-commerce departments to enable effective traffic reception and efficient monetization.

Streamer Incubation Support

  • Assist in training new streamers, enhancing live streaming skills, and optimizing content direction.
  • Execute the company's live streaming strategy and achieve established performance targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in TikTok live streaming operations / in-room control / broadcast coordination.
  • Familiar with TikTok Middle East platform rules, traffic logic, live streaming mechanics, and livestream e-commerce logic.
  • Hands-on experience with both group live and solo live streams, capable of independently managing live room operations.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate and coordinate smoothly with streamers and teams.
  • Strong ability to handle pressure, able to adapt to evening and weekend live streaming schedules.
  • Experience in Middle East local live streaming or MCN agency background is preferred.
